On 15 and 16 May, in ARTPLAY design centre, within the framework of an international forum for office property named Office Next Moscow 2012, a conference was held whose organisers were OfficeNEXT Internet portal and Ost-West-Partner company. The conference put together architects and clients in need of corporate interiors, developers, commercial property consultants, and office solution suppliers.

Tatyana Orlova, Loftice CEO, acted as the moderator at the discussion subvenue about office management, revolving around the four subjects relevant for administrative managers and heads of companies:

- flex-offices: mobile office, hot desking, unfixed work places;
- outsourced administrative functions;
- labour conditions and work place certification;
- ‘green’ office.

There were no standard presentations; participants were offered an opportunity to think about their own questions and ask them to invited experts.
