On 27 September, 2012, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 4th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers, entitled Mobile Office: Developing Corporate Mobility.

Companies represented at the meeting included AFI Development, Astra Zeneca, Avaya, Covidient, DHL, Eli Lilly, FBK, FB Lizing, GM CIS, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Mary Kay, Newsoutdoor, PWC, Roche, Russdragmet, Tetra Pak, Wikimart, Yandex.Money, and others.

We discussed the problems of setting up mobile offices with Hewlett Packard, Yandex.Money, and Yandex for examples. Questions raised included: Why is traditional office inconvenient? What is the economic aspect of organising mobile space for personnel? Other subjects included occupational safety for ‘mobile’ staff members and some HR issues arising from mobility.
