On 30 May, 2013, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 6th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers.

Companies represented at the meeting included 3M, Administrativny Direktor magazine, AFI Development, Akrikhin, Alcon, Avaya, Baxter, Boeringer Ingelheim, Deutsche Bank, Eli Lilly, FBK, FK Otkrytie, Gowlings, IKEA, Innova, Integra Menedzhment, Invest Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Jones Lang LaSalle, Mail.RU Group, Mary Kay, Maxxium, McCain, Media Markt, Modis, MSP Bank, My Destination Moscow, Ozon, Russ Outdoor, Retail Profile Russia, Russdragmet, Sandoz, and Yandex.Money.

Natalya Tselt, head of administration with MTS, put up a presentation centred on practical experience in motivating administrative staff in MTS and MGTS companies. Natalya spoke about creative and team-building events that involved members of administrative staff. She also shared her personal experience in motivating her subordinates and answered many questions asked by participants.

The second part of the meeting saw us all try to answer the question, Do administrative services need PR?

Yelena Yelagina, head of administrative services at Loftice, noted in her speech, entitled What Kind of PR Do Administrative Services Need, that it must be:

- attractive;
- pleasant;
- understandable;
- efficient;
- and simple.

Each of these key characteristics were accompanied by easy-to-understand examples and situations from Yelena’s personal experience.

The third part was traditionally dedicated to a practical session where participants shared experience in increasing corporate loyalty and motivation of administrative personnel as well as practical instruments of PR for administrative department inside the company.
