On 10 October, 2013, in an office belonging to the hospitable JTI Sales and Marketing, located in CityDell business centre, Loftice organised and held the 7th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers.
Companies represented at the meeting included 3M, Abbot, Administrativny Direktor magazine, AFI Development, Akrikhin, Cargill, Covidien, Dupont, Eli Lilly, Galderma, GM CIS, Gruppa Razgulyay, IKEA, Integra Menedzhment, Johnson & Johnson, Mary Kay, Maxxium, McCain, Media Markt, Modis, MSP Bank, My Destination Moscow, Nike, Ozon, PepsiCo, Roche Diagnostica Rus, and Thomson Reuters.
Marina Krechetnikova, head of administration with JTI Russia, put up a presentation entitled Automation Of Management And Optimisation of Costs of Business Trips, Based On JTI Experience. Online booking and business trip management system serves fifty regional JTI offices and 2,500 staff members.
Additionally, Marina Krechetnikova spoke about a programme for certifying business hotels and conference hotels.
We went further and discussed automation of administrative processes, the subject on which Pavel Volkov, head of automation at Loftice, put up a presentation. Pavel informed the participants about EFFICE, Loftice-created software for administration, and about the administrative processes that can and should be automated.
The second part of the meeting featured the discussion of pros and cons of contracting out reception services with the participants engaged in a lively discussion about advantages and disadvantages of such measure. Named among the former were flexibility in managing personnel and an opportunity for the management to concentrate on strategic tasks and enhance the department as well as entrust routine processes to a professional provider and obtain professional resource for further growth and development.
