On 10 February, 2014, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 8th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers and procurement department representatives.
The subject read, Efficient Procurements For The Administrative Department.

Andrey Vasyukov, procurement manager with Roche Diagnostica Rus, put up a presentation about efficient interaction with the administrative department while going through tenders, speaking about what kind of goals are pursued by all the participants of the process and what are the most important criteria when suppliers are chosen.
Yekaterina Somova, office manager with Roche Diagnostica Rus, shared her experience in introducing new suppliers and spoke about ways of efficiently managing suppliers both when cooperation has just started and during regular interaction, as well as about ways of controlling quality of services and successfully interacting with the supplier while staying satisfied with the level of service.
The second part of the meeting saw Nikolay Shalayev, head of expansion with Loftice, speak about the provider’s take on tender, including his expectations and primary goals. He also gave certain recommendations from the provider’s point of view.
The third part was traditionally dedicated to a practical session where participants shared experience on the following subjects:
- how to run a tender to make it efficient?
- what does efficient provider management mean?
- how to draft a well-considered requirement specification that won’t be a formality?
- how procurement can help administration in running a tender / choosing suppliers?
