On 1 through 4 April, in Krokus Ekspo international exhibition centre, METRO staged a unique, specialised event named METRO EXPO 2014

This annual event traditionally gathers business partners at one venue, helping them solve current problems and achieve goals while creating comfortable business environment for establishing business contacts and jointly implementing new projects.

AKP, or the Professionals In Administration And Facilities, organised and ran a series of training seminars on administration and facilities, inviting Loftice to carry out one of the training sessions.

Tatyana Orlova, Loftice CEO, took the audience through a seminar entitled Outsourcing: Pro Et Contra, touching upon the following issues:

- why companies outsource;
- what functions can and should be outsourced;
- what to keep in mind when outsourcing functions;
- how to put together a specification of requirements and select the ‘right’ provider;
- pricing;
- the value and hidden problems of outsourcing.
