On 22 May, 2014, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 9th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers and procurement department representatives.
The subject read, Efficient Interaction With Office Supplies And Services Suppliers.
Tatyana Maslennikova, head of administrative department with PepsiCo, put up a presentation entitled, Efficient Managing Of Goods And Services: Keeping The ‘Internal Client’ Satisfied. Tatyana shared some of her experience in building relationships with the ‘internal client’ as well as some techniques she practises to get the necessary results. Additionally, Tatyana went into quite great detail on the problem of choosing a supplier, talking about what to look at, what to base one’s choice upon, and how to engage in dialogue with supplier both while still making a choice and during further interaction.
Following Tatyana’s speech, well-known experts in administration, Tatyana Poplavskaya (managing director and head of corporate support department with Otkrytie Holding), Yelena Yelagina (administrative manager of Merz Pharma), and Natalya Yegorova (head of administrative and office department with ProfMedia Business Solutions), presented the audience with several problems borrowed from their professional experience. The so-called office puzzles caused much stir and animated discussion among the participants.
The second part of the meeting featured Yelena Kaleyeva, head of client services with Loftice, sharing with the participants the results of a poll offered by Loftice to representatives of administrative departments and procurement departments of major Russian and international companies. 34 were surveyed in April and May 2014, featuring nineteen groups of suppliers of office goods and services, and the question that every respondent was presented with sounded, Which supplier you would recommend to your colleagues?
We thank every participant for the warm atmosphere, lively discussion, and their huge desire to share knowledge, experience, and interesting finds.
