- registering a vehicle on the territory of another administrative unit of the Russian Federation, beginning with 15 October, 2013;
- extended term of vehicle registration;
- registering a vehicle in a different region;
- replacing number plates in case of registering in another administrative unit;
- replacing number plates rendered unusable;

Yury Vatskovsky, Master of Laws, who specialises in civil law, shared his expert’s opinion on the subject entitled Corporate Car Fleet: Managing Legal Risks.
Yury went into detail on two kinds of risks: the risk of inflicting damage to the property, health, or life of third persons and the risk of breaching regulations concerning vehicle ownership and use. He described the consequences should each kind of risk mature, and gave advice on reducing and eliminating risks.
The second part of the meeting saw Aleksey Fadeyev, head of corporate fleet management with Loftice, explain the important aspects of running corporate fleets of different sizes and touch upon the issues of organising maintenance, insurance, and software use.
