Anna Andreyeva, CIS administrative manager with Ernst & Young, put up a presentation regarding anti-crisis management in the sphere of administration, speaking about cutting costs in the administrative department and the power of financial planning. Anna shared her experience in working with suppliers amid growing prices and presented new approaches to foreign-currency contracts and financial planning during a time of economic instability.
The second part of the meeting saw Yevgeny Reyzman, advisor with Baker & McKenzie, explain the finer aspects of the outlawing of agency work and the ban on using civil law contracts ‘in replacement of’ labour contracts’ (as per federal laws 116-FZ, 5 May, 2014, and 421-FZ, 28 December, 2013). He spoke about what employers and private agencies should expect, do, and hope for, as well as about the new limitations they were set to hit and the administrative penalties that officials and legal entities were facing for breaching the law.
