On 26 May, 2015, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 12th practical administration round-table meeting for vehicle fleet managers, administrative managers, and procurement department representatives.
The subject read, Corporate Car Fleet: Interacting With Transport Inspection And Crisis Management.
Companies represented at the meeting included Administrativny Direktor magazine, Atlas Copco, Biocad, Boehringer Ingelheim, Brunswick Rail, BSK Bytovaya Tekhnika, Danone, E&Y, Efes Rus, Eli Lilly, Invar, L’Oreal, Mary Kay, Media Markt, Mercury, Mitsui & Co., Nestle, Nokia, Oriflame, Pernod Ricar, Pfizer, Raiffeisen Bank, Schneider Electric, Servier, STADA, Tetra Pak, TEVA, UPS, Velux, Wikimart, and X5 Retail Group.
Aleksandr Nedodara, deputy head of vehicle inspection for Moscow’s Central, Southeastern, and Eastern Administrative Districts, spoke to the participants about categories, legal grounds, and procedures for Moscow vehicle and road supervision department inspections of legal entities in ownership of light vehicles.
The second part of the round-table meeting saw Maksim Dorofeyev, vehicle manager at Atlas Copco Russia, share his experience concerning cost optimisation under crisis, mentioning such items as:
- vehicle reimbursement;
- procurement;
- sale;
- fuel;
- insurance;
- maintenance;
- work with drivers;
- work with suppliers.
The participants engaged in lively discussion concerning cost cutting and making choices within the framework of optimising campaigns.
