Practical Administration: following the 13th round-table meeting

On 1 October, 2015, in Katerina hotel, Loftice organised and held the 13th practical administration round-table meeting for administrative managers and procurement department representatives.

The subject read, Clients And Suppliers: How Current Approach Changed To Adapt To Current Market.

Companies represented at the meeting included Administrativny Direktor magazine, Akrikhin, ArtComeMedia, Baxter, Boehringer Ingelheim, BPS Russland Brunswick Rail, BSK Bytovaya Tekhnika, Bunge, Canon, Cargill, Carlo Pazolini, Dentoons, Dupont, Eldorado, ERIELL GROUP, E&Y, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Galderma, Gruppa Razgulyay, Johnson & Johnson, Jones Lang LaSalle, Kommersant publishing house, Lingualeo, L’Oreal, Media Markt, Oriflame, Otkrytie Holding, Progress Soft, Sanofi, SAP, Tekhnodinamika, and Thomson Reuters.

Aleksandr Dubovsky, administrative manager with Cargill / Provimi, spoke to the participants about changes in administrative departments under current economic situation and about keeping the level of administrative service quality amid limited resources and reduced budgets.

The participants shared lots of their own experience in the realm of administrative personnel retention and motivation under current economic situation.

The round-table format implied open dialogue with suppliers of goods and services, so we invited representatives of Gett, Kuryer Servis Ekspress, Sunny Plantation, and Vipservis.

The principal issue important for Customers in need of goods and services was the changed approach on the part of suppliers given current market situation: new pricing, personnel and client treatment, optimisation processes, new products and approaches, and retaining the quality of service amid stronger competition.

We thank every participant for the warm atmosphere, lively discussion, and their huge desire to share knowledge and experience.
