On 21 March, 2017, Loftice held the 16th practical administration round-table meeting. The subject read, Modern Solutions in Organising, Running, And Optimising Office Space. The participants discussed some of the most important aspects of successful work and pressing problems and shared best practices of administrative management.

Aleksey Prusov, head of office management at BAYER AG, presented a case centred on renting and optimising office space. Aleksey shared his experience in optimising office space, beginning with the creation of project team and following all the way up to the creation of new solutions.

Yelena Schelchkova, administrative director of SAP, presented a case study, suggesting the participants solve some of the tasks borrowed from her own practical experience. The audience broke up into teams, each one defending their own project, with Yelena to conclude the session by giving expert assessment of their proposals and explaining how she herself dealt with various situations. ‘Office puzzles’ incited much interest and provoked lively discussions.

Tatyana Orlova, Loftice CEO, traditionally accepted the role of moderator. ‘It is important for our clients and ourselves to strive to succeed in completing business tasks, following market trends, and even being ahead of them,’ she noted. ‘That is why we initiate such meetings of professionals where participants can acquire practical skills and learn about new solutions and services in the realm of administration.’
