The event welcomed managers specialising in corporate car fleets, administrative managers, and procurement department representatives from major Russian and international companies, including Atlas Copco, ANGELINI Pharma RUS, Boehringer Ingelheim, BSH, Coca-Cola, Danone, DAV-Russland, Dräger, Dupont, ExxonMobil, Ferrero, GSK, Inteko, MARS, McCain, MEDA Farma, Mitsui & Co. Moscow, Moet Hennessy Russia, Mondelēz International, Novartis, Philip Morris International, Raiffeisen, Roche, Tchibo, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Vneshekonombank, Volkswagen, Wrigley, X5 Retail Group. A total of over fifty guests were present.
Yelena Meshaykina, head of corporate fleet with JTI Russia, was the speaker. She shared her expert’s experience of efficiently setting up car fleets, enhancing logistics policy, and some life hacks for a modern fleet manager.
She also talked about hammering out a strategy of running a car fleet, about best practices in selecting vehicles for a company, and about beneficial experience in building internal relationships with company staff.
The second part of the event saw the participants work on solving practical cases, exchange opinions, and share experience.
