On 17 May, 2017, Loftice held the 19th practical administration round-table meeting. The subject read, How To Work With Staff During A Time Of Change: Relocation, Supplier Swap, Administrative Routine Development.

The event welcomed administrative managers, heads of organisations, and procurement department representatives from major Russian and international companies, including Bayer, BIG, Brayne ACM, Cargill, Chiesi Pharmaceuticals, GSK, HAYS Recruiting Experts Worldwide, Il De Bote, Johnson & Johnson, LafargeHoclim, Luxoft, Maksi, Novartis, OBI, Petrovaks Farm, Publicis Resources, TransTeleCom, VELUX, Vestvind, and VTsIOM.

Anastasiya Kovanova, head of administration with Il De Bote, was the speaker. She touched upon some issues of administrative departments’ work, participation in change within the company, and engineering interaction with the company’s team.

Anna Zhelyadinova, head of supplies and facility use with the core office of Bayer, took everybody through the practical part of the event. The audience was challenged with some questions which they and the teams answered with much interest. In addition to her experience and expert’s evaluation, Anna shared some of her instruments for solving administrative tasks.
