Three staff members work on the project, who:
• exercise integrated control over office life support, including supplier control and management;
• answer to and forward calls;
• cater to meetings, events, and conferences;
• order entry passes;
• register and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
• supervise the delivery and dispatching of mail;
• arrange business trips in Russia and to Europe.
