Results: in the course of nine months, we uploaded and compared data on 20,347 points of sales (every month, we compared three CRM systems for plan/actual control of visits and sell-in/sell-out performance of 26 medical representatives.
Project goal: the Client wanted every point of sales to be associated with a pharmacy network and a designated medical representative.
